So you're thinking about making the leap to a Viori conditioner bar. That's great! We'd love for you to see the difference our conditioner bars will make for your hair.
We offer the only bar that uses the same Longsheng rice the Red Yao women have used for centuries to nourish their gloriously long, healthy locks.
Still, after a lifetime of using bottled conditioners, we know making a change can feel daunting. That's why we created a video to help you, and we're going to take you through the process step by step.
Take a deep breath and relax. You're about to have an incredible experience.
Step 1: Soak Your Hair
First, you'll need to soak your hair with warm to hot water thoroughly. Because you're going to be using conditioner in bar form, it's really important to get your hair completely wet. That way, the water will combine with the bar's ingredients to create a silky, rich conditioner.
Step 2: Pick Up Your Bar
Now that your hair is nice and wet take your conditioner bar and rub it in the palm of your hand for a few seconds. Doing this primes the bar so that it will glide easily through your hair. So far, so good, right?
Step 3: Apply It To Your Hair
Starting at the top of your hair and working down to the tips, gently rub the bar all over. Using a straight, continuous motion works best. You'll be able to ensure none of your hair is left out.
Step 4: Massage Your Scalp
Treat yourself to a nice scalp massage. Really work the conditioner into your hair and scalp. That feels amazing, doesn't it?
Step 5: Let It Sit
Give your conditioner a few minutes to soak into your hair and work its magic. Sometimes, we like to Floss while we wait, so we totally won't judge if you want to do the same. Just remember, the shower is slippery! You could also sing a song. The acoustics are awesome.
Step 6: Rinse Thoroughly
You can stop now. It's time to rinse. Using warm to hot water, thoroughly rinse the conditioner from your hair. Don't worry; your hair will keep the fabulous smell.
Step 7: Carefully Store Your Bar
One of the many reasons to choose our conditioner bar is that it will last 30 to 60 washes, depending on your hair's length and thickness. To preserve your bar, though, you'll need to take care when storing it.
Choose a place that does not come into direct contact with water. We highly recommend using one of our bamboo holders. They're designed with plenty of drainage, are easy to clean (just wipe them out once a week and let them air dry), and they're super cute, too. Plus, they're stackable so you can save on space. Stay tuned for more on our holders later!
